TUESDAY BLUES

The first working day back since the Easter break and the seconds are ticking by!!! Literally sitting in the office (whilst my boss is still on holidays), sipping an early grey tea and listening to wheatus' 'teenage dirtbag'!!! Classic!

My Easter Monday resolutions are as follows; 
1) Re-visit the Sarah Wilson blog and jump BACK ONTO the I Quit Sugar bangwagon!!!! Things may have gone slightly crazy during the 4 day break and my body is killing me for it!!!!
2) Get into shape! This is a resolution I set on the 1st January every year!!!! However, I feel it may be an easier task to jump onto once major festive season has wrapped itself up! Managed 11km yesterday and some cardio -- painting!
3) Start a team sport!!!! Time is running out on that front so its searching the town during my lunch break and signing myself up for a winter acitivity!
4) Booze free.... for at least a month!!!! Got to get back into the detox mode and cleanse my body of the rubbish I indulged in over Easter!!!! More home cooked and nutritious meals and a better body clock!!!! 

Look at this delicious Smoked Salmon, prawn, basil and spinach risotto I recreated for friends over the weekend!!!! Yum!

MIA

May have been MIA for the last few weeks, no time for blogging in this tech savvy world atm. Battling through winter by online shopping, magazine inspiration and updating my iTunes library as required. May be stealing this question from a friend -- but to my knowledge we have not verification of this film clip! Trolling the Youtube collection and the new clip for Ms Mr's 'Hurricane' -- Hit the 1:34 mark and what on earth hits our screens?? Any thoughts appreciated because this is the stuff nighmares are made of!!!

Thursday saw the night before the last working day of the week >> a cause for celebration... I think so!!!!! Some beautiful homemade pies and shiraz to warm the soul and a bellyfull of laughter to fill the room with this hilarious comedy!! Jack Black and Michael Cera you are GOOD!!!
