Hahahaha I am definately part of the Gen Y age bracket and I absolutely adore this picture!!!! Excuse the language but I'm agreeing with the oldies!!!!! Gen Y.... and whatever we are up to at the moment have the worst work ethics I've ever come across!!!! Farm girl coming out of me... never be afraid of hard work!
